Agreement Conditions
By accessing the Cinefy interface and initiating media stream packets, you agree to comply with the terms and security protocols outlined below. If you do not authorize these rules, please close the connection node immediately.
1. Streaming Authorization
Cinefy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access packet to browse, request server nodes, and stream titles from our digital catalog. Volumetric elements, mesh models, and video segments are meant for personal, non-commercial entertainment streams only.
2. User Network Conduct
You agree not to intercept streaming socket connections, scrape image/poster hashes from server routes, or launch DDoS packets against our load-balancing network nodes. Any detected malicious requests will trigger immediate firewall bans and terminate store history logs.
3. Technical Support Disclaimers
Our streaming services are delivered "As-Is" based on geographic node availability. Volumetric GPU hover filters, WebGL rendering, and Three.js physics elements require compatible browsers. Cinefy is not responsible for device freezes or lags caused by hardware-acceleration drops.
